Employers/Release of Employee Info.; expands provisions re employer immunity from liability & disclosure of information re former employees to include immunity from liability for current employers & disclosure of information re current employees; provides specified requirements of employers re background investigation of applicant for employment or appointment as full-time, part-time, or auxiliary law enforcement officer or correctional officer, etc. Amends 768.095.
