CS/HB 1831: Statewide Drug Control
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Feeney
Statewide Drug Control; creates Office of Drug Control within Executive Office of Governor; provides for office to be headed by director appointed by Governor, subject to Senate confirmation; requires director of said office to report annually to Governor & Legislature; creates Statewide Drug Policy Advisory Council within Executive Office of Governor; provides for payment of per diem & travel expenses; conforms provisions to changes made by act, etc. Amends Ch. 397. APPROPRIATION: $284,872.
