GENERAL BILL by Cantens
Auctioneering; revises requirements re conduct, administration, approval, & scope of examination for licensure as auctioneer; provides for disciplinary action against licensees who fail to account for certain property; revises conditions of recovery from Auctioneer Recovery Fund; provides for recovery from fund pursuant to order issued by Fla. Board of Auctioneers; provides limitations on bringing claims for certain acts, etc. Amends Ch. 468.
