GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Rossin
Investment of Public Funds; prescribes guidelines for investments by units of local government; prohibits investments not authorized by local investment policy; prescribes guidelines for investments by retirement systems or plans; prescribes requirements for investment of county funds; authorizes local government self-insurance fund to guarantee bonds; repeals provisions re investment policies of district school boards, etc. Amends FS.
