Driver's License Suspension/Alcohol; requires use of ignition interlock device for certain time period for persons convicted of second or subsequent time for DUI; clarifies blood-alcohol & breath-alcohol levels that are unlawful; prescribes waiting period before temporary driving permit becomes effective; authorizes use of blood tests obtained pursuant to other investigations for purposes of license suspension under certain provision, etc. Amends 316.1937, 322.2616.
