Fla. Commission on Human Relations; changes name of commission to Fla. Commission on Human Rights; authorizes & ratifies investigatory determinations by executive director of commission; establishes guidelines whereby certain types of discrimination are unlawful; authorizes referral of complaints to agencies of United States or to state attorneys in this state; authorizes commission to bring actions to enforce fair housing act, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 07/01/1999 except as otherwise provided
