GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Kirkpatrick ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mitchell ; Bronson
Local Governments; creates Local Government Financial Technical Assistance Program; directs Comptroller to enter into contracts with program providers to assist small municipalities & independent special districts in financial & administrative matters; directs Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations to advise Comptroller & conduct performance reviews of program. Creates 163.055. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
