SB 2270: HSMV/License Plate Seizure
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
HSMV/License Plate Seizure; deletes requirement that recovery agents notify law enforcement of said seizure; expands into additional counties pilot project that authorizes recovery agent or recovery agency to seize license plate of motor vehicle following suspension of vehicle's registration or suspension of driver's license of owner or operator of vehicle for failing to maintain personal injury protection, etc. Amends 324.201,.202, 627.733.
