GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Laurent
Florida Watershed Restoration Act; defines term "total maximum daily load"; requires DEP to periodically submit to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency list of surface waters or segments for which total maximum daily load assessments will be conducted; requires DEP to adopt methodology for determining those water bodies which are impaired by rule; provides for removal of surface waters or segments under certain conditions, etc. Amends 403.031,.805; creates 403.067.
