Assisted Living Facilities; revises penalties applicable to operating unlicensed facility; provides for uniform firesafety standards for adult family-care homes; directs AHCA & Elderly Affairs Dept. to establish work group on problem of unlicensed assisted living facilities; requires reports. Amends 400.408,.419,.621, 633.022.
