LOCAL BILL by Saunders
Collier Co. Parks & Facilities; provides exception to specified offenses committed within boundaries of any county park, county operated parking facilities, public beaches, beach access areas adjacent to any county park, & public areas immediately adjacent to county parks; prohibits carrying, possession, or consumption of alcoholic beverages in any park building or other structure; provides exception.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
