HB 437: Emergency Medical Services/Screening

GENERAL BILL by Bullard

Emergency Medical Services/Screening; provides that emergency medical services licensees shall require persons employed or applying for employment as certified emergency medical technicians or paramedics to undergo employment screening as provided by law; authorizes exemptions from disqualification from such employment as provided by law. Creates 401.275.
