Body-piercing Salons; provides for regulation of body-piercing salons by Health Dept.; provides definitions & exemptions; requires license to operate said salon & temporary license to operate temporary establishment; provides licensing procedures & fees; provides requirements re body piercing of minors; provides for injunction, enforcement, & rulemaking authority; provides specific requirements for operation of said salons, etc. Creates 381.0075.
