GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Lee
Pharmacy Practice; revises definition of term "practice of profession of pharmacy"; authorizes redispensing of unused or returned unit-dose medication by correctional facilities under certain conditions; redefines term "wholesale distribution," re distribution of prescription drugs, to provide for exclusion of certain activities. Amends 465.003,.016, 499.012.
