School Health Services/Nurses; requires district school board & each nonpublic school participating in program to make available adequate physical facilities for health services; provides for matching funds for provision of school nurse services under public-private partnerships; provides background screening requirements for school health services providers; requires study of training requirements for school health nurses, etc. Amends 381.0056,.0058,.0059. APPROPRIATION: $75,000.
