Adult Mental Health/Substance Abuse; defines "older adult" re Community Alcohol, Drug Abuse, & Mental Health Service Act; provides guiding principles for service planning process; includes certain older adults in target group for substance abuse & mental health services of CFS Dept.; directs dept. to establish training in aging, mental health, & substance abuse for providers, state agencies, & others, etc. Amends 394.67, 397.311,.416, 440.102; creates 394.702. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
