GENERAL BILL by Myers
Tax Exemption/Public Golf Course; provides exemption from tax on lease or rental of or license in real property for that portion of leased real property which is used as public golf course under certain conditions; provides for determination of exempt portion; provides requirements to qualify for exemption. Amends 212.031.
