Dependent Children/Representation; provides for establishment of pilot program for representation of dependent children; provides legislative intent; provides for establishment of pilot attorney ad litem program within Statewide Public Guardianship Office; provides responsibilities for office; directs CFS Dept. to provide notice & information to program administrators; provides for annual & final reports to Legislature; requests Supreme Court to adopt rules. Creates 34.4095. APPROPRIATION.
