South Florida Conservancy District; (Hendry & Palm Beach Counties) provides for codification of special laws re said district pursuant to specified provision; amends, codifies, reenacts, & repeals specified provisions re said district; recreates district & recreates & reenacts district's charter; provides for creation, status, charter amendments, & boundaries; authorizes fees for using works of district; provides for property rights; makes district bonds tax exempt, etc.
