GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Peaden ; Byrd ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Henriquez ; Crist
Judicial System Elder Division; authorizes chief judge in Tenth, Twelfth, & Thirteenth Judicial Circuits to create elder division for certain purposes; establishes division duties; provides appropriation to establish pilot programs in such circuits for such purposes; provides reporting requirements; requires divisions to conduct surveys for certain purposes. Creates 26.57. APPROPRIATION: $1,050,000.
