Brevard Co./Clam Harvesting Licenses; conforms provisions re clam harvesting licenses to transfer of duties from DEP to Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission; revises provisions re use of proceeds from collection of licensing fees; deletes authority to use portion of such proceeds for boat launching facilities; requires moneys to be used for clam resource restoration & enhancement projects.
