GENERAL BILL by Latvala ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Saunders ; Sebesta ; Kirkpatrick ; Lee ; Carlton

Campaign Financing; specifies that certain endorsements are not contributions or expenditures for purposes of Campaign Financing Law; prohibits contributions made during certain period preceding first primary election through general election which exceed specified amount; requires state executive committee of each political party to report contributions in excess of specified amount to Elections Div. within Dept. of State, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
