SB 1894: Sales Tax Exemption
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Sales Tax Exemption; provides that machinery & equipment used by expanding facility engaged in spaceport activities or by certain expanding manufacturing facilities are totally exempt from tax on sales, use, & other transactions in any year in which tax liability thereon exceeds $25,000. Amends 212.08.
