GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Saunders
Business Entities/Merger/Conversion; deletes requirement that deed be recorded in order to transfer title to real property incident to merger; requires surviving entity in certain circumstances to record certain documents; deletes requirement that deed be recorded in order to transfer title to real property incident to conversion of partnership or limited partnership, etc. Amends 607.11101, 608.4383, 620.204,.8904,.8906, 865.09; creates 694.16.
