Child Support; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1032,2228) authorizes judges of compensation claims to consider interests of worker & worker's family when approving settlements of workers' compensation claims & requires recovery of any child-support arrearage from those settlements; specifies that exemptions from creditors' claims on workers' compensation payments or settlements do not extend to claims of child support, etc. Amends 61.13,.30.
