Florida Education Fund; provides minimum requirements for support services provided through law school scholarship program; authorizes provision of awards to parttime students; provides for establishment of amount of award for parttime student; provides guarantee of enrollment of certain number of award recipients, provides certain requirements are met; revises services provided as part of minority prelaw scholarship loan program, etc. Amends 240.498.
