GENERAL BILL by Insurance ; Bradley
Reinsurance Credit; sets conditions for allowance of credit for reinsurance; provides for grounds for denial or revocation of an assuming insurer's accreditation; provides criteria for disallowance of credit for reinsurance for ceding insurer; provides for inclusion of certain HMOs within term "ceding insurer"; requires compliance with certain standards; requires termination of approval of certain reinsurers under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 624.610.
