Sarasota-Manatee Airport Authority; (Manatee & Sarasota Counties) revises membership of governing board of authority; provides for designating certain positions on governing board to residents of Manatee Co. & certain positions to residents of Sarasota Co.; provides for Governor to appoint members of governing board; limits number of consecutive years member may be reappointed, etc.
