CS/HB 339: Surplus Lines Insurance
GENERAL BILL by Insurance ; Bainter
Surplus Lines Insurance; revises certain requirements for surplus lines insurance to provide Florida Surplus Lines Service Office with same authority granted to DOI; revises certain quarterly reporting requirements; provides for collection of service fee; provides penalty for failure to make certain reports & pay service fees; provides for administrative fine for such failure; provides for disposition of surplus lines taxes & service fees. Amends Ch. 626.
