CS/SB 400: Schools/Construction Projects/Funds
GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Cowin
Schools/Construction Projects/Funds; authorizes school districts to qualify construction projects for funding under Special Facility Construction Account by using school capital outlay surtax in lieu of maximum millage against their nonexempt assessed property value; specifies funding eligibility of certain projects. Amends 235.435.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
