Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals specified provision re applicability of provisions establishing presuit requirements for medical malpractice claims; repeals provision re temporary revival of waiver of sovereign immunity authorized under specified provisions, for certain causes of action, etc. Repeals FS.
