Student Records Release; revises terminology, definitions, & exceptions; expands right to hearing; authorizes release of personally identifiable student records to HSMV for purposes of compulsory attendance driver's license eligibility requirements & to CFS Dept. for purposes of Learnfare program compulsory attendance requirements, etc. Amends & Reenacts FS.
