CS/SB 682: Mental Health Services/Children
GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Forman
Mental Health Services/Children; revises provisions governing medical, psychiatric, & psychological examination & treatment of children; prescribes procedures for admission of children & adolescents to residential treatment centers for residential mental health treatment; prohibits children & adolescents from admission to state mental health treatment facilities; requires licensure of residential treatment centers for children & adolescents, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 394, 409.
