GENERAL BILL by Sorensen
Local Government Audits/Municipality; corrects cross reference; raises threshold at which municipality, other than one in state of financial emergency, is required to have financial audit of its accounts & records conducted by independent certified public accountant in order to continue to receive revenue sharing funds; corrects cross references. Amends 11.45, 218.32,.321, 311.07.
