GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Geller

Writs of Bodily Attachment; provides for writ of bodily attachment to be served on any day & at any time; authorizes law enforcement officer to use reasonable force to enter building & to take person into custody pursuant to such writ. Amends 61.11.
