Tax Certificate/Property Description; authorizes tax collector to contract with title or abstract company to provide information concerning property described in tax certificate; authorizes tax collector to pay reasonable fee for this information; provides that amount of any fee paid for this information must be added to opening bid for tax deed for property. Amends 197.502.
