Pawnshop Transactions/State Database; establishes statewide database for accessing records from pawnshop transaction forms & secondhandgoods acquisition records; designates FDLE as administrator of system; provides authorized access to database; provides that FDLE must establish standards for transmitting information into statewide system in consultation with Fla. Sheriff's Association & Fla. Police Chiefs' Association, etc.
