Onsite Sewage Treatment & Disposal; provides for regulation by Health Dept. of maintenance entities for performance-based treatment systems & aerobic treatment unit systems; requires such systems to contract with permitted maintenance entity; provides duties of such entities; revises duties of dept.; reduces annual operating permit fee for aerobic treatment units & provides fee for performance-based treatment systems.
