SB 4-A: Public Records/Death Penalty

GENERAL BILL by Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Brown-Waite ; Silver ; Horne ; Bronson ; KURTH

Public Records/Death Penalty; provides that information which, if released, would identify person prescribing, preparing, compounding, dispensing, or administering lethal injection pursuant to death penalty sentence shall be exempt from public records requirements; provides legislative finding of public necessity. Amends 922.106, 945.10.
