Rodman Reservoir State Reserve; establishes said reserve; directs Recreation & Parks Division of DEP to develop multipurpose recreational opportunities & provide supervision of area; allows public hunting; authorizes State Lands Division to acquire adjacent or contiguous property; requires State Lands Division to notify persons with easements in area; requires report. Creates 258.166.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
