GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite

Real & Personal Property/Disposition; provides alternative procedure for sale or disposition of certain property by boards of county commissioners; prohibits certain restrictions on practice of Xeriscape; provides for operation & maintenance of rain sensor devices; amends procedures that apply if there are no bidders at public sale of property against which tax certificates are held; prescribes period during which interest on opening bid continues to accrue, etc. Amends FS.
