GENERAL BILL by Rossin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Dyer ; Klein ; Mitchell ; Geller ; Cowin
Pharmaceutical Expense Assistance; revises eligibility requirements for pharmaceutical expense assistance program; deletes requirement that participant be eligible for Medicaid program; requires that AHCA notify Medicare recipients of program; requires agency to establish toll-free telephone number for obtaining information about program. Amends 409.9065.
