GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murman ; Stansel ; Spratt ; Bowen ; Ross

Mining; reserves certain funds in Nonmandatory Land Reclamation Trust Fund for use by DEP for reclaiming lands; authorizes dept. to use funds from trust fund for purpose of closing certain abandoned phosphogypsum stack systems; authorizes DEP to take action to abate or reduce any imminent hazard caused by phosphogypsum stack system; requires dept. to recover moneys from owner or operator of system, etc. Amends 378.035,.601, 403.4154,.4155. APPROPRIATION: $16,000,000.
