GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala ; Peaden

Learner's Driver's License; provides that foster parent or group-home representative who signs application for said license for minor in foster care is not, by reason of having signed application, assuming any obligation or liability for any damages caused by minor; prohibits insurers that issue policies for private passenger automobiles from charging additional premium for minor who operates his or her parent's vehicle during certain time, etc. Amends Chs. 322, 627.
