SB 1300: Universities/Credit & Debit Cards
GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Universities/Credit & Debit Cards; authorizes institutions in system to accept credit cards, charge cards, & debit cards for payment of tuition & fees without imposing convenience fee; authorizes such institutions to absorb cost of using such card; authorizes such institutions to enter into contracts with financial institutions for certain purposes. Amends 240.289.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
