HB 1379: Emergency Telephone System
GENERAL BILL by Flanagan
Emergency Telephone System; transfers state control over Fla. Emergency Telephone Act & Wireless Emergency Communications Act from DMS to State Technology Office; conforms statutory references; authorizes State Treasurer to invest moneys in Wireless Emergency Telephone System Fund; removes requirements that funds be held in escrow; revises date for submission of legislative budget request. Amends 365.171,.172,.173,.174.
