Historic Preservation; eliminates general provisions re historic preservation boards of trustees & responsibilities of Dept. of State with respect thereto; eliminates Historic Pensacola Board of Trustees; provides powers & duties of Historical Resources Division; requires employment of state archaeologist; requires employment of state historic preservation officer & other personnel; creates Florida Historical Commission, etc. Amends Chs. 266, 267, 607.1901, 872.05.
