Game Promotions; defines term "older individual"; provides additional unlawful acts re operators of game promotions in connection with sale of consumer products or services; provides for required notices & disclosures; provides time period for keeping of certain required records by game operators; provides for rules; provides enhanced penalties for violations involving older individuals, etc. Amends 849.094, 721.111.
