Money Transmitter's Code; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1526,314) provides penalties for specified violations of deferred presentment act; provides for continuation of certain administrative proceedings under certain circumstances; eliminates authority to assess examination fees; adds fee for authorized vendor or branch locations; creates "Deferred Presentment Act"; provides procedures for recovering damages for worthless checks, etc. Amends Ch. 560; creates 560.401-.408.
