Fair Pay Act; provides additional duty of Fla. Commission on Human Relations; clarifies provisions governing discrimination against individuals re compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment which constitutes unlawful employment practice; specifies wage disclosure, recordkeeping, & reporting requirements; amends provisions re administrative & civil remedies under Fla. Civil Rights Act of 1992, etc. Amends 760.02,.06,.10,.11; creates 760.105.
